In 2005 the Birmingham & Solihull Economic Forum undertook a massive review of Birmingham's current and projected future financial position.  The review looked at the area's economy from 2005 to 2015 and what needed to be implemented to secure the city's growth and transformation from an industrial to service sector provider.  For the launch of the finished review, the Forum hired Perpetual Motion Productions to create the following video.  It highlights the major areas covered in the paper and gives an overview of its findings and conclusions.





Perpetual Motion Productions worked closely with the Review, based at the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, in developing the script.  The piece was designed to replace the standard lecture given at launch events, conveying the information in a pacey, fresh, and entertaining manner.
